Půdní podloží Kimmeridgian - fosilie z jurské doby, v tomto klimatu bohaté na jíl.
Ruční sběr do malých beden s využitím pečlivého třídění
Využití principu gravitace, aby se eliminovalo celé přečerpání vína, které může mít vliv na jeho kvalitu. Krátké pneumatické lisování, kde dojde k jemnému oddělení pevných a tekutých složek.
Zrání 12-15 měsíců zrání na kalech v sudech z francouzského dubu. Promíchávání kalů v závislosti na ročníku.
Komplexní buket s intenzivními minerálními tóny a plná, zakulacená a masitá chuť s pevnou strukturou, které výborně doprovodí například mořské plody, ryby a bílá masa na grilu či v jemné smetanové omáčce.
Alergeny: Stejně jako všechna vína, může i toto víno obsahovat Oxid siřičitý (SO2), siřičitany a stopy vajec.
